There’s nothing quite like the rich, smoky flavour of Argentinian barbecue. At Asado, we’re giving you the chance to learn the secrets behind the fire in our Butchering & BBQ Masterclass, led by Head Chef Camilo Guzman on Sunday 19 October.
This hands-on experience begins with an in-depth look at beef – from grades and cuts to sourcing the very best quality meat. Under Camilo’s expert guidance, you’ll learn how to break down different cuts, prepare them for cooking, and master the techniques of grilling over charcoal.
Once the hard work is done, you’ll sit back and enjoy the rewards: a three-course feast of Asado classics, featuring premium steak straight from the parrilla, paired with a glass of wine or beer on arrival.
Whether you’re a seasoned barbecue lover or just starting your culinary journey, this class will leave you with the skills and confidence to become a grill master at home.
