Old-School Aussie Dishes, Reimagined with an Argentinian Edge


After last year’s sell-out debut, Asado proudly presents the return of AUSTRALIANA - bigger, bolder, and more inventive than ever. This one-of-a-kind dining experience transforms the Australian classics you grew up with, crafted with stunning native ingredients and infused with Argentinian fire and finesse.

Head Chef Camilo Guzman has curated a five-course feast that honours our most nostalgic food icons while pushing them into exciting new territory. Using indigenous ingredients such as green ants, bush tomatoes, and Geraldton wax, each dish is layered with both memory and modernity.

From a reimagined Bunnings sausage to “meat and three veg”, campfire damper, and the humble lamington, these staples of Aussie culture are reborn with a contemporary elegance and an unexpected edge. Joining them are inventive newcomers like emu dim sims and wild boar -  dishes shaped by Aussie ingredients and pastimes and ignited by Argentinian fire.

A portion of proceeds from each ticket will support Red Dust, helping inspire and educate Indigenous youth across remote communities.
