Exceptional Wagyu meets world-class Argentinian wine in this exclusive five-course collaboration between Sher Wagyu and Vino Del Mundo wines.

In collaboration with Sher Wagyu and Vino Del Mundo, join us for an exclusive evening celebrating the pinnacle of Victorian Wagyu and Argentine wine, and the craftsmanship behind both.

This refined five-course experience showcases the exceptional marbling, depth and balance of Sher Wagyu: one of Australia’s most respected Wagyu producers, known for its meticulous breeding and uncompromising quality.

At the centre is Asado’s signature Argentinian Parrilla charcoal grill. Under Head Chef Camilo Guzman, Wagyu is expressed across a range of techniques: expect Wagyu Karubi skewers with Jerusalem artichoke and burnt corn, delicate tenderloin carpaccio layered with smoked pumpkin and confit egg, rich beef cheek with black truffle and pork reduction, and the unmistakably showstopping Wagyu flat iron cooked over charcoal and more. Flame, smoke and restraint work in harmony to elevate each cut and honour the integrity of the ingredient.

Each course is paired with standout wines from Vino del Mundo, the San Telmo Group’s in-house importer and curator of one of Australia’s most celebrated collections of Argentinian wine. Expect bold Malbecs, structured reds and expressive varietals, curated to elevate every dish.

The result is a considered dialogue between plate and glass. A study in fire, finesse and world-class wine: this is Wagyu without compromise.
