As the days grow longer and the evenings warmer, Asado is welcoming summer with a new cocktail menu inspired by Spanish classics. This seasonal line-up is a tribute to the drinks you’ll find poured in bars across Spain. Relaxed, refreshing and designed to be enjoyed slowly and in good company.

The menu brings together spritz-style serves, sangrias and aperitivo favourites. From classic red and blanco sangrias, a refreshing Tinto de Verano, a G&T like the Spanish do, and even the cult classic Kalimotxo. All made for sunshine, shared plates and relaxing conversations.

With the Australian Open just a short stroll from Southbank, Asado is the perfect destination before or after the tennis. Settle in, chase the sunset and make the most of warm afternoons that turn into long nights along the river.
