Gill to Grill Returns – A Fire-Fuelled Celebration of Australian Seafood

Following the success of its first instalment, Gill to Grill returns to Asado this spring for another spectacular celebration of seafood, fire and Argentinian grill mastery. Join us on Sunday October 11th at 12:30pm for an indulgent five-course lunch where the bounty of Australian waters meets the intense heat and smoky character of the Parrilla.

Expect exceptional seafood sourced from Port Lincoln, Sydney and Mackay and local cuts, transformed over live fire and charcoal to reveal its natural flavour and richness. This year’s menu has been crafted by Senior Chef de Partie Saloni Nayak, who has poured her passion, precision and creativity into a feast that balances delicate seafood with bold charcoal-char and unmistakable heart.

Drawing on traditional Argentinian cooking techniques with subtle Spanish influences, Gill to Grill celebrates the theatre and flavour of live-fire cooking and the extraordinary produce of the Australian coast.

Tickets include five courses and a welcome cocktail on arrival. Seats are limited; we recommend reserving your table early to join us for this standout second chapter.
