This New Year’s Eve, Asado ignites with the spirit of Spain and Argentina in a vibrant celebration of food, flavour, and movement. Viva La Fiesta is where flamenco flair meets Buenos Aires heartbeat - a night full of colour, rhythm and celebration.

Begin the evening with a glass of Taittinger Champagne on arrival before diving into a feast of smoky asado-fired cuts, fresh seafood, bold tapas flavours, and generous shared plates served straight from the Parrilla.

The soundtrack to the night comes courtesy of Melbourne icon DJ Eche (Mario Gordon) — whose decades-long career across venues like Ferdydurke and Section 8 has helped shape the city’s Latin club culture. Expect pulsing percussion, Latin house warmth, and dance-floor energy that builds with the night.

And just outside the windows – Melbourne’s NYE fireworks light up the Yarra.
