Available to book anytime between 4:00pm to 5:45pm, our $60 express menu features the best of modern Argentinian cuisine. Start with a house-made beef empanada and ceviche de trucha (ocean trout ceviche) before diving into our signature entraña steak, cooked over charcoal and served with classic sides of papas and lechuga.
